Step 1. A uniformed, polite, Peerless technician arrives at your door in our company van filled with the latest in cleaning products and tools to tackle any cleaning, stain removal, or repair to our carpet.

Step 2. Inspection. Our technician will walk the areas to be cleaned with you to ensure any “trouble” areas are identified and noted before the cleaning starts.

Step 3. Pre-treated. Heavy traffic areas and spots will be treated with a pre-conditioner to allow time for the products to release the soiling before the cleaning starts. 

Step 4. Cleaning. At Peerless we employ the most state of the art truck mounted cleaning equipment to steam clean you carpet and durable fabric furniture. The system cleans the carpet from the backing to the tips of the fibers, recovering 96% of the cleaning solution. High temperature and extreme vacuum ensure a through clean that dries rapidly, usually in ½ a day or less. 

Step 5. Furniture manipulation. As a part of cleaning our technicians will move and reset your basic furniture that can be safely moved.

Step 6. Post Cleaning Inspection. After the cleaning process you will be asked to inspect the work to ensure your complete satisfaction.
