As always, all of the staff at Peerless from the appointment being scheduled to the carpet cleaning was extremely helpful. I must, however, single out the two technicians, Kovon and his assistant who worked exceptionally hard to clean my carpets. They seem to have an unlimited amount of energy and holds firmly to the conviction that if it is worth doing, it is worth doing it right.

I wanted to take the time to tell you what an exceptional employee you have in Andy Holland, Restoration Division Manager. He came into our home, located the problem, settled my panic, no small task I assure you, and got to work.

He took such wonderful care of our home, so careful that as little as possible was disturbed.  We have a cat and Andy always made sure all openings were secure. He came daily to monitor the moisture, and always gave us an update. He did all that he said he would and then some.  Working with Andy and having him in our home made a very unexpected and scary experience bearable. We were so blessed that his young man was on call to take care of us.
